How Remote Support Works
1. Submit a Remote Support Request
Start by sending:
your name
device type
issue summary
whether the device powers on
whether you can still get into Windows or the operating system
This helps us determine whether the issue is a good fit for remote service.
2. Request Review
We review the issue before the session is booked. Not every problem can or should be handled remotely.
3. Payment and Scheduling
If the issue is a good fit, you will receive the next steps to schedule and pay for the session. Payment is required before the remote session begins.
4. Secure HelpWire Connection
At your scheduled time, we send a secure HelpWire session link. You run the small support app, approve the connection, and we begin the session.
5. Support Session
We troubleshoot the issue, make recommended fixes, and let you know if the problem needs in person or hardware repair instead.

Remote Session Payment
Remote support must be paid before the session starts.
Session Scope
Remote support covers troubleshooting and repair work that can reasonably be handled through a secure remote connection. If the issue turns out to require physical repair, additional service may be recommended.
Important
Remote support is for legitimate service requests only. Sessions may be declined if the request is not appropriate for remote support.
Before Your Session
Please make sure:
the device is powered on
you can access the device
you have a working internet connection
you are available during the booked session
any login information needed for troubleshooting can be entered when requested
