Discovery Call
We get to know you, your goals, and your vision. No pressure, no spec sheets yet. Just conversation.
Component Recommendation
Based on your consultation we recommend the core components — motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage. We'll present options at different price points and explain every recommendation.
Case Design
This is where it gets exciting. We design or select your case, customize panels, and finalize the aesthetic direction of your build.
Deposit & Confirmation
Once the case and direction are confirmed we collect a deposit and your build enters the queue.
Loop Design
We work with you on your water cooling configuration — tier selection, tubing color, coolant, radiator placement, reservoir style. You approve the design before we build.
Build & Pressure Test
We assemble your machine, run the loop, pressure test for leaks, validate thermals, and benchmark performance. Every build is documented with photos throughout.
Client Review
We review the completed build with you before anything ships. Final payment is collected at this stage.
Shipping
Your build ships within 2 business days of final payment. Double boxed in custom form-fitting packaging. Fully insured. Signature required. ID verification on delivery. Your investment is protected every step of the way.

How much does a custom build cost?
It depends entirely on the tier, components, and level of customization. After the discovery call we'll give you a detailed quote with options at different price points.
How long does a build take?
Timelines vary based on the tier and component availability. We'll give you a realistic timeline after your build enters the queue and we'll keep you updated throughout.
Do I need to pay upfront?
We collect a deposit once the case and build direction are confirmed. Final payment is due after you review the completed build and before it ships.
Do you ship builds?
Yes. Every build ships double boxed in custom form fitting packaging. Fully insured. Signature and ID verification required on delivery. We ship nationwide from Colorado Springs.
Can I customize the case?
Absolutely. Custom panel work, paint, and modifications are available. Bring us a sketch, a concept, even an AI generated image of what you're imagining. We'll work with you on what's achievable and push the boundaries from there.
What if something arrives damaged?
Every build is fully insured during shipping. If anything arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
